Valentin Kugler found the joy of music playing on the streets of Bern. first the singer songwriter performed his own songs as a busker, then, seven years ago, the other members of the band crossed his path.

Me, Valentin & You was born. the band dressed his fragile singer songwriter ballads into melancholic, powerful anthems that, depending on the song, are sometimes more indie rock, sometimes more like ambient electro. but no matter what he does, the songs are powerful, pulsating and linger in your ears for a long time. the path continues, now under the name "auk nova". Grown from enriching life experiences, auk nova went to the French Black Box studio to produce the album “Monomorphic” with David Odlum as producer.

Valentin Kugler was accompanied by 4 musicians: Martina Berther, Raphael Nussbaum, Fred Bürki and Philipp Schlotter. the result was an album with 12 catchy songs, which will be released this year. Valentin's catchy voice carries the listener through a carefully orchestrated soundscape: roaring and pulsating, sometimes cool, sparse and gentle, the songs ensnare the ear and create a longing for more.

Awards / achievements - with the debut album «if», Srf 3 named Me, Valentin & You Best Talent in July 2014. Concerts Gurtenfestival 2013, St. Gallen Openair 2015, Zermatt Unplugged 2015, Germany tour 2015.
